PPTX Viewer

Easy-to-use utility to view PowerPoint presentations and open RTF and TXT files.

  DOWNLOAD Free

Designed for those who do not have Microsoft Office installed on their system but do not want that to stop them from enjoying PowerPoint presentations, PPTX Viewer is a free small utility capable of opening, displaying, and printing any PPT or PPTX file with ease.

The program also supports RTF and TXT files, and allows for various viewing options, including the possibility of rotating and mirroring the slides.

This extremely simple standalone tool cannot be easier to use. All you have to do to view any PowerPoint slideshow on your system is to drag and drop the file onto the program’s interface or browse for it within the application. The slides will be displayed instantly in all their glory without the need of having Microsoft PowerPoint installed on your PC. You can adjust the way the file is displayed on your screen using the Pan and Zoom options or making the slide to fit the dimensions of your screen. Simple navigation controls will let you move from one slide to the next with just one click.

If the PowerPoint presentation includes some text, the program’s Search Keyword option will allow you to search for any text string easily, taking you to the corresponding slide(s) and highlighting the text you were looking for.

The functionality that PPTX Viewer offers ends here. Modifying a presentation or creating new ones is not within the scope of this tool – this free and straightforward app was meant to let non-users of the Microsoft Office suite enjoy PowerPoint presentations in a simple and efficient way.
